How much are tokens? ▾
Token packages start at $15 for 15 tokens, up to $100 for 115 tokens. The more you buy, the more bonus tokens you get.
Do tokens expire? ▾
Nope! Tokens never expire, so you can stock up and come back whenever you're ready to play.
Trade-Up Program
How does Trade-Up work? ▾
Every prize has a Trade-Up point value. If you don't love what you won, trade it in toward a bigger prize —1 Token per play plush are worth 4 points, 2 Token per play plush are worth 8. Every item in the store as a dollar amount which is also the trade up about. 24 dollars = 24 point item.
Visiting the Arcade
What are your hours? ▾
Monday we are closed to give our claws a day off, and Tuesday - Sunday we are open from 1pm to 10pm. :)
Is there parking available? ▾
Yes, free parking is available in the entire shopping center and 2 level parking structure.
Prizes
How often do new prizes arrive? ▾
We drop new blind boxes every week, plus fresh plushies and figures throughout the month.
